By accessing this website or the Biocrome platform, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use this site or platform. These terms apply to all visitors, registered users, and healthcare facilities using Biocrome devices.
2. Platform Access
Access to the Biocrome dashboard and API is granted only to authorised organisations under a separate written agreement with Biomicrology. Unauthorised access is prohibited. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account.
3. No Clinical or Medical Advice
Nothing on this website or in the Biocrome platform constitutes medical advice, clinical guidance, or a substitute for the professional judgement of a qualified healthcare provider.
Biocrome is an in vitro diagnostic (IVD) device intended for use by trained healthcare professionals in accordance with its approved indications and labelling. Diagnostic results must be interpreted by a qualified clinician in the context of the patient’s clinical presentation. Biomicrology is not liable for clinical decisions made on the basis of Biocrome results.
4. Permitted Use
You may use this website for lawful purposes only. You must not:
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of our systems
- Introduce malicious code, viruses, or disruptive software
- Scrape, copy, or republish content without written permission
- Use the platform in a manner that violates applicable laws or regulations
- Impersonate Biomicrology or any other person or entity
5. Intellectual Property
All content on this website — including text, images, software, trademarks, and design — is owned by or licensed to Biomicrology Pty Ltd. No licence to use any intellectual property is granted except as expressly set out here or in a separate agreement.
6. Regulatory Compliance
The Biocrome platform is a regulated IVD medical device. Use of the device outside its approved indications, or in jurisdictions where it is not authorised, is the sole responsibility of the user. Healthcare facilities are responsible for ensuring compliance with local regulatory requirements governing the use of IVD devices.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
This website and its content are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. Biomicrology does not warrant that the site will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free of viruses.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Biomicrology Pty Ltd and its officers, directors, employees, and agents are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of this website or the Biocrome platform, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of revenue, or clinical harm resulting from reliance on diagnostic output.
Nothing in these terms limits liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by our negligence, or any liability that cannot be excluded by law.

These terms are governed by the laws of South Australia, Australia. You submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of South Australia.
